The domestic manufacturers of diamond cutting tools, PCD cutting tools and CBN cutting tools were investigated on the spot and had extensive contact with them. Select relatively good manufacturers, make sample cutting experiments, supply small quantities, finally determine the type of supply, and realize the localization of some cutting tools. So far, the cumulative localization rate is about 15%. During the localization of car cutting tools in our factory, through the contact with diamond cutting tools, PCD cutting tools and CBN cutting tools, and the cutting experiments on cutting tools, we have participated in the project investment certification of domestic cutting tool industry and the seminar of high-level of tool industry, and have some personal feelings about the cutting tool products manufactured by the tool factory

With the rapid development of aviation industry and mold industry, the demand for all kinds of tools will increase day by day. Some enterprises are blind in product development, and they are still divided in the original market share according to the product investment of old domestic enterprises in the past

At present, most of China's large and medium-sized tool enterprises are state-owned. Under the market economy, such a system is not suitable for the development of enterprises. Under this system, the boss of an enterprise should understand politics as well as management; We should not only make innovations, but also balance all kinds of relations. However, we still can't make the talents play a full role, and we can't act according to the economic law. It's difficult to do well in enterprises

There are a lot of domestic tool enterprises who do not know enough about the development of advanced technology in key manufacturing industries such as automobile, aviation, mold and so on. Adopt new processing technology: such as processing connecting rod by expanding technology, processing crankshaft by car pulling and high-speed milling
